ACCOUNTS NOT PAID TO PROVIDER
Good day <br> <br> We have been struggling to get payment from resolution. We are a group practice and submit a lot of claims.<br> Livia Taylor was assisting us, and said she will get back to us. It's been 2 months no feedback. Poor service.<br> <br> We need to answer to patients to why their medical aid does not pay. Which if very unfair. Why have a medical aid if you claims does not get paid.<br> <br> I would like a teamleader or manager to assist. If you get this and respond to hello peter please contact Reshika ***. <br> <br> Thanks
