3 different refund claims still outstanding and no feedback??????
We paying for a medical aid every month and we won't dare not to pay it, then as usual and in this case we as customers have to pay for these visits out of our pockets and then send the details for refunds. That’s already making the process inconvenient for all the consumers, now in this case we are struggling to get our refunds and if we never follow up we will never receive the refunds. Barely any help coming from Resolution that we pay a fee to for a service???????
