11.5% increase in fees for 2016
They have increased my premiums with 11.5% for 2016 which is very high. Not sure who can afford this kind of increase which is way beyond inflation. The call centre then advised me to down grade. The increase is already too high and then they want me to downgrade my package?? I'm still waiting for the letter advising me of the increase.
