Never ending problem with false teeth

I have visited the dentist, Dr PW Jordaan's, rooms to attend to my dental needs. My first visit was in the first week of October 2022. Since the teeth in my upper gum were in a poor state, the dentist said that the only way to get my teeth sorted out, was to pull out my top ones and replace them with false teeth.

I got my false teeth, before middle December 2022. To shorten a very long story, To shorten a very long story, I went back easily 15 to 20 times to have adjustments made to them, but I am still not satisfied with them. Since it seemed like they could not sort them out, I visited another dentist, who made more adjustments, but up to this day, I basically have no use for them, as they keep on falling out, when I open my mouth.

I have paid every single cent out of my own pocket, because I only have a hospital plan and savings option on my medical aid.

I am really disappointed, because of this. I am ashamed to go out without my false teeth and having them with me, I cannot open my mouth, because they fall out when I talk.
