First in First OUT (appointment doesnt count at all)

Dear @Health,

Why if a patient makes an appointment, he/she is handled as a walk in ?

Appointment made, waited for every single patient who walked in before me, even that I made an appointment.

Think it time to change doctors.

The staff who works in the front office (very unprofessional to say the least)
