I went to the spa for the first time and the price for myself and my daughter was R 500. After the treatment, I was given a 50% off voucher for the my next massage. I then booked and went again with my spouse and had a full body massage. When paying, I presented the 50% off voucher, but was charged R 500, the original price. I then queried this charge and requested to speak to the manager - Taryn. She sent the receptionist back with the information that the charge remains at R500, also refusing to approach me. Do not give vouchers if they are not going to be honoured, this leads to dishonesty.
