I cannot even rate this spa 1 STAR! A bunch of ******** and *******s. I called to say I was running late and the lady insisted I cancelled and due to me cancelling my appointment my money is forfeited and I cannot rebook or get a refund. I could not understand and asked for their Terms and Conditions I was then ignored over email, they did not take my calls and even blocked me from whatsapp! The manager Taryn herself **** to me and refused to take my calls! Absolutely disgusted!!!
