*******. Promised not kept

My hubby and I were scheduled for a couples treatement and I had a Pedi and soak off booked . My Pedi has not materialised and the 1 hour treatment turned out tho be just over half an hour. I have been trying to get a refund for my pedi/soak off and a disucussion with the owner (Taryn) for over 2 months now. My nightmare started on 14 February 2020.
