No response to booking email and attitude when i call

I purchased a voucher from daddys deals and was informed that the only mode of booking is via email i have sent 5 emails to date and no reply has been sent to me, when I first called in i was told that they are working on their emails and will reply in the day, the next day when i called i was then told that they never received it and that they have rep**** to all mails told me that their boss doesnt like taking any calls and to this dat i have not received any confirmation of booking.
