Health hydro unaccomodating

I contacted the spa before purchasing vouchers from another online site, they confirmed they have availability telephonically and i should email my vouchers immediately in order to confirm my booking. I purchased the vouchers and called after to confirm and was told my email will be responded to.

I never received a response and called numerous times on the day after to be told I will recieve a whatsapp or an email as confirmation. Correspondence was sent to me at 5 o clock that afternoon asking me to move my booking to the day after I had requested as that is the only availability they have.

The woman on the other side of the call never took the time or made an effort to assist me even after my numerous calls that I had to make to follow up. By the 5th call she sounded annoyed and said yes I have your number I will whatsapp you.

After receiving no proper service, I then request a refund and am told I must contact the other service provider they only get paid once a month.

Service was appalling and I haven't been treated with respect as a client or as a human being. I am currently left without options. Never again will I use this service.
