Bad Communication and orginization

When phoning to make my groupon booking I was told to do a booking via Email. I did that and never received a confirmation email back from them. On Sunday I phoned to ask and they weren't aware of my booking saying they don't have space. Now when I want to rebook they say I lost my booking I didn't pitch up on Sunday. BUT THEY NEVER CONFIRM and I even phoned as I wanted so badly to go but they couldn't accommodate. SEEMS THE BOOKING LADY IS INCOMPETANT
