unwilling to accommodate me

I purchased a deal on daddys deals early December, but when I tried to phone them their phones weren't working. My sister finally got hold of them only to be told that they were closing for December and would be able to make a booking when they return on the 8th January 2018. The voucher is expiring on the 28th Feb. I got hold of them today and was told that they are fully booked for the whole of January and Feb for the weekends and I need to go during the week. I explained that my sister and I could not take leave during the week as she just went in for an operation and could not afford to take any further leave days in february and that the voucher would expire on the 28th February. I was informed that they were unable to help me and that if I want I can ask for a refund from daddy deals. instead of extending my expired voucher and accomodating me in March. I am so shocked that this is service customers receive. It is a mission now to contact daddy deals and arrange a refund. my sister was excited for our girls day out and now I have to inform her that management and staff at this spa are not interested in our business. has left a bad taste in my mouth. my contact number if you want to get hold of me is ********** 881
