Unsafe Colon Hydrotherapy practice!

This wellness clinic should not even be operating. Serious review by the department of health needs to be taken into action. I went there to do a colon hydrotherapy for the second time. It came to my attention that the clinic uses the same tube that's connected to the machine, fills the water and takes the waste out for all their clients. I was so disgusted to learn that this is how they have been operating all this time. The staff was very clueless as to how the procedure should go, i'm sure she is not even qualified to perform such a treatment. I made it clear to her that i want to see her change the tube, and she made up some story that the tubes are locked up in the store room. I instructed her to go and fetch a new one. She showed signs of dishonesty by lying to me and making as if shes going to look for a new tube. only to discover they never change the tube in the first place, it has always been the same tube they use for all their clients. This is a very disgusting thing for them to do, as they are transferring germs and infections through their clients. Something needs to be done!
