Zandvliet care facility in Strand

Zandvliet Care Facility: My most recent experience is that the CEO (Lynn Nichols) of the facility, whom I handed an application for my 47 year old Autistic brother, 3yrs ago. Then told they have a waiting list of 2yrs. When I called to follow up, she admitted that she has been taking in new patients, however passed my brother's application over. Continuous follow ups this year (3rd yr), let to no response, I'll call you back, no answer, message leaving, no return call. Then e-mails, no responses. Today's call, got hold of her to ask if any of my communication were received. She confirmed with a tone/attitude that she may just as well has said to me: "Who the H to you think you are to expect preferential treatment". I was told to wait for her call, there are no beds available (understandably so). I explained that I need timelines for WFH possibilities, I was then asked: "Do you want me to kill patients to make a bed available for your brother". Even so, I remained my dignity and calmness. Never once did I treat her or any of her staff at the facility as disrespectful, as she did me today. I wanted to know who she reports to, I was reminded that she is the CEO, however I may send her a formal complaint and she will forward same. With no responses to previous communication, what are those chances that it will land with reporting line. If anyone can provide me with direct reporting line, I will choose that option instead.
