No Service Absolutely Shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 8 tins of Nan Lactose Free formula on 16 December on the online store. I had to continously phone to follow up on delivery as I needed the items. Eventually I got through to someone and was told that they only had 3 tins in stock which were eventually delivered and the balance of 5 tins was supposed to have been refunded mid December. I'm still waiting for my refund of R725. They don't bother answering emails and phones. Im still waiting for my phone call back from Shameeg!! This is really disgusting service!!!!!!!
