Poor service

Goodday I was in ocean view clinic at cape town,I took my 6 months old baby boy who is sick as I was waiting for my turn,I realized that my baby was in pain I went room 13 to nurse called leeman to ask for panado I knocked 3 times with no response then I opened the door then I saw her that she was on the phone decided to close the door and wait outside hoping that she will get back to me after she's done but nothing decided to go back to the room I knocked again she opened I greated her but she did not answer me, then I started talking asking about the panado while telling her about my sick child she interfered me while talking telling me that why didn't I buy the panado before I go to the clinic,she left me unattended with a crying sick baby
