We are extremely disappointed with the level of service we have received from Healthbridge. Communication has been consistently poor. Queries go unanswered for extended periods, and when responses do arrive, they are often automated and provide little to no meaningful feedback. We frequently find that the relevant staff members are unavailable due to leave, illness, or other reasons, leaving us without the support we urgently require. Since submitting our resignation, the delay in receiving our patient data list has been unacceptable and has significantly impacted our ability to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity of care for our patients. As a healthcare practice, we rely on efficient, responsive service. Unfortunately, our experience with Healthbridge has fallen far below what we would expect from a company supporting medical professionals. We sincerely hope Healthbridge will address these ongoing service issues and improve its responsiveness and support for its clients.

They promise R4000 for recommending a colleague to join and stay with their company for more than 3 months. I have recommended my colleagues who have joined and stayed with the company for 3 months. They now send a message that they will pay me R1000 instead of the R4000. Well even the R1000 promised is never paid - they only take you banking details and never pay it. - when you follow- up they ignore your emails

They now send a message that they will pay me R1000 instead of the R4000. A very ****ming billing system doctors and all in healthcare should be aware of!!! Pity how they sent me cancellation letter 4 months ago and now they want me to pay for September when I didn't use their system for these whole 4 months...Imagine.My colleagues never ever trust this!
