DNA Cold Press Juicer

I make fresh juice for a family of 4 six days a week and I went through 2 centrifugal juicers over a period of 5 years. I felt I deserved a step up to something better, because I proved that I was going to use a juicer definitely on a nearly daily basis. After I saw a online video of how the DNA cold press juicer can handle whole fruit and after I determined the pricing compared to similar products that can take whole fruit, I bought myself a new juicer. So I juiced with the juicer doing the same prepping I usually do with the carrots and apples etc... 2 weeks later I cracked the top lid doing my usual routine. I contacted Health Appliances which fulfills the warrantee claims no matter from where you buy your new DNA Juicer. A professional energetic lady with the name of Theola gave me the most excellent service and over the phone training course. She enlightened me that the video I watched showing how they juice whole fruits with the DNA Juicer should actually be removed, because the machine is not designed to juice like that. I am supposed to cut everything up really small and feed it to the machine small amounts at a time. Only when the juice starts coming out of the spout can I put in the next "load" for the machine. My replacement lid arrived the next day via courier. My time spent feeding the juicer when I juiced went from my regular 5 minutes max to 15 minutes every morning (putting a strain on my family's morning routine!) This time the lid lasted 3 months before it cracked again... Because I already received a lid before, Theola did not offer me a replacement lid, I had to buy a new one. She would even go out of her way to bring it to me over the weekend. So to conclude; there is the most excellent backup for the DNA cold press juicer. But the product will not be able to juice at the same speed as a regular centrifugal juicer without breaking. And to be honest, at the slow speed you need to juice so the machine does not break I cannot see how the juice of the DNA Slow Juicer is going to be any less oxidised by the time you drink it than juice from a regular centrifugal juicer.
