I am shocked these people still have the audacity to advertise their **** product. I tried to communicate with them from when I bought their Queen size Adjustable bed at R55000 (promotion on original R118000). They promised was made to specifications received by their excellent bull****ting rep - and which were according to specific health problems. When reporting the bed was absolutely not what was ordered and that it was so hard that I developed hip issues, they just ignored me and refused to comment in writing. I was informed that there is no return or refund options and that was that! This company gets your money before you get the bed so, I’m effect you pay for it to be made and have no recourse if you are not happy. A year later - the bed is still hard and my husband prefers a couch. THIS COMPANY HAS NO ETHICS AND PAYS ON PEOPLE WITH HEALTH ISSUES
