DO ANY ONE KNOW WHAT SERVICE MEANS THESE DAYS!!!

<p>My fiance and I want to cancel our gym contract. Went in to cancel our contract just to find out we owe them R1200.00 our monthly premium is R620.00 I immediate ask them to give me a detailed ledger because that is impossible and they could not help me. We filled in a form to send to head office. Well that was 2 weeks ago. I phoned them again last week to ask for head office number and yet again they tell me they are not aloud to give the number out. So here is my problem. I am trying to cancel our contract, we cannot do this before the account is settled. Head office isint coming back to me and we cannot settle the account. Really what happend to service..... </p>
