While Sister Daniela's practice provided good clinical wound care, I was deeply disappointed by the excessive costs, lack of guidance regarding Discovery medical-aid benefits and pre-authorisation, and the distressing response I received when I questioned the fees.
Good clinical care, but excessive costs and inadequate financial guidance.
