Healing VIP gifts

I ordered a 3D sentimental worded blanket from this website 16/12/20 as it was a beautiful gift to send to my daughter who has just emigrated to Dublin. I was given a welcome email and order reference of HVIP72834. Paid using Paypal approx R700 was charged to my credit card. To date I have heard nothing of my purchase, I have emailed their help support address 4 times asking for tracking number or delivery date. Absolutely no response at all. Im afraid I have been ****med and on looking at other complaints, many people have had the same issues with Healing VIP. Please don't use them, I wish I had been more patient and googled them first to see other peoples issues with them. It's just so sad that innocent well meaning people get taken for a ride and lose money.
