Bad customer service

I had a bad experience with a the******,firstly she was eating vetkoeks in the room and made me wait to be seen to,she changes prices according to her day and discretion,she also feels entitled to misuse the company reputation making a client feel uncomfortable.Terrible experience.

On the other hand the other only the****** Shirley was great , efficient and makes you comfortable.Unfortunatley she isn't there at the moment .

I will not recommend you to go to the other the****** she's inefficient and unprofessional and is not the calibre for this massage place .

The spa on its own is beautiful it's the staff who make it bad and feel the need to be authorotive .I have reported to the owner awaiting a response
