Another Disappointment

I received an email from “Healing Academy” (Ms Elle Baker) on 4/7/2019 saying “I hope that you are well. Thank you for your review on Hellopeter.com. I will investigate this matter today and should I find ANY discrepancies my lawyer will contact you for defamation of character of the company’s name. Jaco give me a quick run down on your complaint and why we cannot give you a refund. HOWEVER I will investigate this matter in-depth and give you feedback at my earliest convenience. Please let me know should you require any further assistance. Kindest regards Elle Baker Managing Director”. It has been almost a week since my complaint on Hellopeter and Healing Academy made no further contact with me. In light of the fact that I have been waiting for so many months to receive responses to my enquiries, and in light of the fact that this academy was my hope to better myself, and with yet another disappointment, I have had no alternative but to report this to the Consumer Council under the Consumer Protection Act. What will it take for the academy to do what is right??
