Annoyed

I am a little frustrated with Healing Hands. When you email them regarding a matter that is not an exam booking, they take days, if not weeks, to reply.

I have emailed them a couple of times regarding changing subjects. I am still waiting for a response.

However, email them to book an exam, and they are quick to respond with a request for payment.

I also do find the course material lacking. I have a friend in the banking industry who advised, for example, that some of the material in the business course is no longer relevant. Also, the counseling course material reads like it comes from the 90's. And I truly am sceptical about the Nutrition material. How regularly is the material updated with current trends/information/research?

Please, can I just request someone to reply to my question as to whether I can change my current subjects?
