Bad Service

From the time I tried to make a booking till the appointment the service was terrible. I got sent the New address 20 min before my appointment when I was already at the address on the website and because I got to my appointment Late(due to not getting the correct Address) my service was cut short. I tried to speak to the spa but they did not even apologise. Terrible service
