No help from people who claim to help

I reached out to them because I needed online counseling. A counselor named Phindile reached back to me after 2 days then we scheduled a session for 18th August Wednesday 14:00. I waited for her to call me back, she didn't. I never even got a update message of why she left me hanging. So much for people who are there to help.
