Headway.Zendek (Book App) - NOT good

Sneaky, charged with confirmation. When I purchased the app for $10.99, they used my moment of payment to allow a pop-up for an Infographics subscription for $14.59. I didn’t select the blue “Add Infographics” option.. I swiped back to a previous page and it immediately deducted the second amount. Ts &Cs don’t allow refunds or exchanges for other products. On contacting support they simply denied selling products I didn’t approve - I wasn’t allowed an option to verify the second payment; it was seconds after the initial payment that the 2nd amount was processed. Careful.
