Bravo to HEADSMART Hair Salon in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth. Not only do they offer training to novice hairdressers, they also have the most wonderful staff, including the owner Lorine, Wolfie and Michael. I've been going there for nine years now and never been disappointed.
