Non existent Braai voucher

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated by the inconvenience caused by Windmill Casino. I received a message clearly stating that I had a voucher to collect a complimentary braai plate. Based on this message, I made the effort to travel to the casino to redeem my voucher, only to be informed upon arrival that the messages had been sent incorrectly to cardholders whose cards were not eligible for the promotion.

My Silver Card was not a participating card; however, I still received the promotional message and reasonably believed that I was eligible to redeem the voucher. I therefore went out of my way to come to the casino, only to be told that the message had been sent to me in error.

This experience was extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, humiliating. I feel that Windmill Casino should take responsibility for the incorrect communication, as I acted in good faith based on the message I received. I would appreciate an explanation as to how this error occurred and what Windmill Casino intends to do to address the inconvenience and embarrassment caused.
