Rude Hairdresser

<p>Upon providing feedback about my mum's dissatisfaction about the way her hair was done, Theresa shouted across the room, sarcastically, "Could I please have someone more 'senior' attend to this client". The experience was quite ridiculing and offensive. Theresa behaved very haughtily.</p>
