Poor customer service from Headboard Plug- Doornfontein JHB

Bought two headboards from Headboard Plug, was not satisfied with the quality of the headbaord. I informed the sales lady about this, she asked for evidence (pictures). I did that and she ignored me ever since. I contacted another lady who deals with delivery. She showed willingness to assist at first but every time when they have to deliver the headboard, there is always a problem.
