THE ONE driving school, ***** and ********

The above driving school refuses to provide us with the service we paid for. My daughter have had numerous complaints and the owner Siboniso is just giving us more problems than solutions. They scheduled this week for my daughter a time in the morning for the 3 lessons a week, now that this varsity student has to return to school they refuse to schedule her time in the afternoon. We have experienced a lot of back chatting and as far as cancellation of bookings. He is giving me rules over the phone that were NEVER communicated to us nor did we sign any contract agreement. My daughter had to be cancelled twice because of their own issues, now that she has to return to her normal varsity schedule they have the nerve to remove her and put her on a waiting list of 3 months. this guy is worse than a ******* he NEVER communicated that to us all that they were interested in was 2000 rand paid to them.

If this is a family business then they should not treat people and speak to people as their peers.

This guy is giving preferential treatment to some clients and is just way too rude including his administrator. The only person I have not heard a complaint about from my daughter is the instructor Nomsa. I see that this guy is disrespectful because we are black as he is and that the company is not from Kimberley. They take people for granted.
