No hassles and she was just an email away, anytime of the day. Then to my instructor Ian, thank you for all the scolding during my lessons, it really helped me on the day I passed out. You are a tough cookie where quality and precision is concerned you take no nonsense and you expect your learners to do the same. This is a great recipe for success.
