NEVER USE HE AND SHE - 20 HOURS IS NOT ENOUGH WITH THEM

I chose this driving school, because, they looked like the most reputable, with their own domain and website, and they have been around for years. I booked 20 hours and paid upfront for my employee with no prior driving experience, and 2 and a half months to train. Firstly I spoke to three different booking agents, Elmarie, Elsie and finally Joann, in order to just make a payment and get an invoice, so that we could book the lessons to start as soon as possible, and as consecutively as possible. It took one week just to get their banking details for payment. I explained to Joann, that I wanted him to have lessons every day where available, so that in the event of him needing more than 20 hours of training, we would have time to book more lessons. That said 20 hours should have been adequate. She sent me a schedule which looked like it matched our needs, but never delivered on this. The driving instructor showed up at the incorrect address for lesson 1 and told my employee to walk to where he is, which was 2 km away, and not at the provided address. Then they kept cancelling his lessons, and as a result, did not have the consecutive practice paid for and agreed upon. Furthermore, they cancelled so many lessons that 7 of the 20 hours were only conducted on the weekend before the 7 of June when he had his test. They had only conducted 1 lesson of parking leading up to this last weekend, and therefor he was not ready for his parking part of his test and failed at parallel parking due to the terrible training he received. His instructor, neglected the most basic of information, such as the importance of indicating, and doing constant observations, and neglected his parking altogether, even after my employee had asked him repeatedly when they will start practicing. We have booked another date for July and for his second attempt and will be using a different school, one which offers real expertise and excellence in service delivery. I wrote to Bertus, who I was told is the Owner/manager at He and She, two day ago, and I have not heard back from them at all. I do not wish this experience on any student or parents, people who are looking a good driving school. Imagine they cant teach one to drive in 20 Hours of driving lessons?
