Near-collision caused by reckless instructor!

Fairly long explanation:

I was driving home in durbanville area today (06/10/2024), driving 70km/h in a 70 zone, approaching green traffic lights. I was going straight therefore I had right of way when I noticed a few cars opposite me were waiting to turn right (they would have turned through my path). The car in front was a he & she learner car, and out of no where they started pulling off slowly and into my passage, if I had not done an immediate emergency stop, an obvious and MAJOR car accident would have taken place. I am actually disappointed that a professional driving instructor thought this was acceptable, despite me having the clear right of way. I am an 18 year old licensed driver who passed first attempt with the help of JOY'S driving school with no difficulty whatsoever. If I had not app**** the emergency stop in which JOY had taught me there would have been an unnecessary and possibly fatal car crash in which 3 lives were at risk due to poor instructing by a he & she driving instructor. I don't want to boycott he & she, but I am left with no choice as my life as well as the instructor and student's life were seriously put at risk for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Please be cautious when spotting a he & she driver in the durbanville area, as you never know what may happen next. Stay safe on the roads everyone. 🙏
