Great Intructor Don. Admin needs improvement

I did 18 lessons with Don Young. He was a very good instructor. 5/5.

Everything I was taught was relevant and important for test. And on the day of the test, everything went smoothly and there were no surprises.

They are also very friendly. Unlike other instructors I had from other schools, they never once lost their temper/cool and were always happy to answer any questions I had. They also provide detailed constructive criticism which is always helpful.

One problem I found with He and She is the administration. On average, I had to wait 1 week for a reply and 3-5 weeks for a booking. I think the booking system needs to be improved
