Bad service and attitude from the company

I had been using the driving school for 2 years (2***). Everytime I would have to call the office because they had forgot one of my lessons from the conformation email they sent me. They did not come across as professional-with their staff being snappy and rude. I remember one incident where I had just booked my driving test at I called them to book my the car. The person on the other end was so rude, she did not let me even finish and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation! I did not get value service from the company. Everytime you book for lesson and a test, you would have to directly to the office because if you did it over the phone, it would not be done correctly.<br> <br> I remember an incident last year when I went to book for driving lessons. The staff were so rude and they looked at me in a as though they were undermining me. The staff even spoke rudely to my mom who was accompanying me.<br> <br> Very disappointed with the treatment and bad service I got from the company.
