POOR SERVICE AT HDS WYNBERG! WASTING TIME

I ordered material through their whatsapp line end of August. They said they had no stock so they would have to order the boards I needed and would inform me when they arrive. I waited the entire month of September. When I made a follow up the guy tells me there's only one board left. So I made a quick payment in order to reserve. I am so ****ed because after paying on Monday I was being given excuses about load shedding being the reason my material was not being attended to. AN ENTIRE WEEK PASSED BEFORE I COULD FORCE TO COLLECT MY MATERIAL. I still had to keep asking him if it was ready Eventually he said it was ready but I still had to wait for them to finish it off so I could take it. I'm never going there again!
