THIS IS ***** !!! UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

In November last year they debited my account of R 350.00 yesterday they debited my account of R 99.00. when you try to phone them they do not answer the phone. FNB has been very helpful with Stopping this debit order and reversing my funds but at a charge of R 15.00 each. who gave this company the right to debit my account - and my account details and by the looks of it alot of other south africans have been affected. how many complaints need to be added to Hello peter before someone puts a stop to these debit orders? I have gone through most of the complaints about HDL Trading, and the company doesnt even bother to respond.
