Poor workmanship, no integrity, no trust

<p>Took my wedding ring to have it retubed. Workshop changed the setting that left the gold filigree exposed. Ring had stains on and damage on the sides. Gold filigree broke off 5months later. When I took it to another jeweler for inspection, I was told the diamond's corner was chipped due to bad setting. Took it back to hdl who claimed I hit my ring on something, but they were willing to pay for another jeweler to fix it. However, when I made arrangements they pulled back on their agreement and said they will not take responsibility. Will never do any business there again.</p>
