HDD Toolbox and Supply Co

Please be aware of dealing with HDD Toolbox and Supply Co.

We urgently needed an item that Dirk Zietsman (the director) assured us would land in the country a week after the payment was made. We made a payment on 24 February 2023. On 27 February 2023, we sent Dirk a message asking for the tracking number for the item, to which Dirk responded that he will share it later in the day. The tracking number was never received. The item supposedly landed in South Africa on 07 March 2023 and was to be delivered to HDD Toolbox and Supply Co on 10 March 2023 of which we requested proof, since 10 March 2023 we received no feedback on the item/delivery, on 14 March 2023 we requested a refund, to which we never received a response or a refund.

We have since begun the legal proceedings by issuing a letter of demand, which has been ignored. We are continuing our legal proceedings and are confident that we will eventually receive our money.

We did our due diligence by checking up on the company details which all seem to be legit. I urge anyone who deals with HDD Tool Box and Supply Co to be extremely cautious when dealing with Dirk Zietsman. The fact that a Gmail account is being used and the absence of a website should be enough to deter you.
