Great service and communication

I placed an order with this company and made a mistake (entirely my fault) and had to cancel. Because I paid with Payfast, I thought it would be a complicated and frustrating process to get a refund, but HD Cabling (and especially Monique Healy) went out of their way to assist me, sending multiple emails to update me and making it an effortless process. I would gladly spend my money with this company in future. Thanks for the great service.
