Do Not trust the owner Mr Norman Ashley Swanepoel (id ***) of H.D. Drilling services (reg no. ***) he has a track record of opening and closing businesses to avoid creditors. He owes my brothers estate in excess of R350k in unpaid rent and utility bills. He has come up with countless promises and has broken all of them. Do not believe a word he says. His lease ran out on 31/1/2020 and he has remained there *******ly.

***Landlords BEWARE*** His credit rating is bad for a reason. His MO is to get settled in and obtain the trust of the landlord/s and slowly stop paying rent and utility bills, often making up unjustified reasons for doing so.
