Third Party Claim Complaint

It's been 2weeks since i've signed a release form on accepting the settlement but I haven't received the settlement as yet or any response from HCV regarding my claim or about the waiting period for my settlement. I believe there is some sort of a waiting period but whenever I call for info about how far with the process I don't get any proper response. I've been dealing with them for more than 6months but up until now my case hasn't been finalized. No one in that customer service seems to know about how the process regarding my settlement amount. I'm really fed up of this company right now. My last experience of such claim with a company called Old Mutual only took 2months max for them to solve my case and the amount was even bigger then the one I'm receiving from HCV. This is a extremely poor service for third party claim client. Maybe it because I'm not part of their client base for me receive such bad service. But other companies treat third party claim fairly.
