Third Party Claim Complaint

They are delaying every step of my claim, I phone almost everyday asking them about how far with the claim, but I get no proper answer. Couple of days before I received an email from HCV stating the settlement agreement but there was no form attached for to sign, so I rep**** with a YES that I accept the settlement amount but only to find out when I phoned yesterday that there is a form(s) that I was suppose to receive from them of which they did not attached the form(s). This is a horrible service that there are showing to me. It been 6 months going through this process and I'm fed up, I might as well take their client to court and make him pay from his own pocket because it seems as if he's insurance is not doing what they offered to him.
