Third Party Claim Complaint

My claim from HCV is not yet been approved and it been 6 months waiting for them to solve the damages on my car. Their client paid the excess assuring that he was on fault, but I don't get any feed back from HCV regarding the claim,in order for me to receive any feed back they say I must communicate via email, BUT even that doesn't help me because I still don't get any feed back. I always try to get in contact with one of their employees handling my case but even she doesn't reply to any of my email, my claim number is 50675. The service is extremely horrible and I am fed up of not getting any feed back from HCV.
