NO RESPONSE

<p>I have was invloved in an accident where a truck hit my car in February 2016, I have submitted all the documents to HCV, and to date have not received any response from the company. I really need my car fixed as this is, i received a claim number, whenever i phone to follow up, they just say that they are busy with the claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>URGENT RESPONSE would be nice.</p>
