Settled account

Please attend to this issue urgently. I settled my home choice account in March but now I am receiving sms from attorneys saying I have to make arrangement to pay my account. My account was handed to Credit Worx and I settle it. After my account being settled is then handed over again to HCS Attorneys. I send HCS settlement letter they keep on saying they will call me. Today I spoke to Sephiwe from HCS collection department who told me that I have to take it up with Homechoice. When I call Homechoice they are telling me that they don't have the account with them the right people to talk to is HCS. I want this thing to be resolved and removed on ITC because is affecting my credit profile.
