Very poor service

I have 2 house with H-Bros Prepaid electrical meters, since Monday the 13th of May we had our first discussion with the company regarding our paument that is due and not yet in our bank, we were promise that at the end od the day payment would be done. Today is the 20th and still no money has been paid in. My wife have been talking to them everyday (accept the week end) this morning of the 20th she were told the the money was transfered, then she asked for "proof of payment" and it's been 4hours and we still waiting.
